About Us

Creative Kids ELC is a family owned and operated Early Learning Centre; inspired by Reggio Emilia. We offer an intimate community for families to feel comfortable and for children to flourish. We provide educationally enriched learning environments, that allow children the opportunity to explore, create, and learn through play. Our small setting allows children to establish a true sense of belonging within our community.
Families
We focus heavily on welcoming families to our service, and always strive to ensure that any transition is met with support and attention to detail. We encourage strong communication between families and our Centre, helping to foster every child's sense of belonging, and attention to individual needs.
Educators
Our team of qualified Educators respect and nurture each unique child, supporting them to gain social and emotional confidence for life-long learning. Our amazing team are our greatest asset, we are so fortunate to have a group who are long term and dedicated.

How lucky we were to be part of the Creative Kids community. My son was in the Pre-K room and he thrived. He would bounce through the door and with a very quick goodbye to me off he went into his room. He felt so safe, secure and nurtured by his educators who built such a strong bond with him while catering to his social and emotional needs and at the same time encouraging independence and risk taking. It was fewer days that he would come home in the same clothes as outdoor messy play is encouraged- jumping in puddles, watering the garden, adding compost to the worm home, playing in the sandpit and all the wonderful things that children discover in an outdoor space. The opportunities within the wider community are also built on and he loved walking down to the Main St market, library, community center and local playground. I would highly recommend Creative Kids!

My son began 3yo kinder at Creative Kids in Jan 2023, and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff and centre. His educators are absolutely wonderful, and demonstrate such a genuine care and interest. They provide a fun, supportive and creative environment, and a wide range of learning activities to spark the children’s interest and grow their skills and knowledge. My son is learning so much, has made some lovely friends, and is very happy and excited to share all he’s been up to at kinder. As a family we’ve felt very welcomed and supported, especially by the centre manager Kate, who’s been nothing short of amazing! We feel very lucky and grateful to have found Creative Kids.
